The app

Sello is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These terms add to it; where they differ, Apple's agreement applies.

Your stamps

The stamps you make are yours. Automatic Pictures claims no rights in what you capture or create with Sello.

What you capture

Capture only what you have the right to use. Things on your screen can belong to other people, and copying or sharing them may need their permission.

Using Sello fairly

Don't use Sello to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, or to reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows.

No warranty

Sello is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or that your library will never be lost, so keep copies of the stamps that matter to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Automatic Pictures isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Sello.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
